We keep your data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy or as required by applicable law. Contact data of users who did not complete a membership is deleted after 24 months of inactivity.

10. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration. No system of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

11. Minors

The Site is not directed to persons under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we detect that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it immediately.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will notify significant changes by publishing the new version on the Site with the date of the update.

13. SMS / Text Messages

We send text messages (SMS) only to the mobile numbers of people who gave their express consent: verification codes, payment and renewal reminders, membership notices, and information and promotions. Mobile information and messaging consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This applies to every category of third party described in this policy: none of them receives mobile phone numbers or messaging consent for marketing or promotional purposes.
